HR Business Partner

Location: Fort Lauderdale / Miami, FL (Hybrid)

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're partnering with a well-established international business to find an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working side-by-side with leaders to help teams succeed.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence leadership, strengthen management capability, and help create an environment where people can perform at their best.

You'll spend less time on administration and more time coaching, advising, and finding practical solutions that support both people and business goals.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with operational leaders to deliver people initiatives that support business success.
• Coach and mentor managers, helping them become confident, effective leaders.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement across the business.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and help leaders navigate challenging situations.
• Use workforce insights and trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Partner on change initiatives and help embed a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture.

About You

• You have experience partnering with business leaders in a fast-moving, commercial environment.
• You've supported multi-location teams, ideally within retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry.
• You're a natural relationship builder who can influence, challenge, and support stakeholders at every level.
• You're confident handling employee relations issues while balancing commercial and people priorities.
• You enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, and making a meaningful contribution to the wider business.
