A leading independent hospitality business is looking for an experienced Group Chief Operating Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead operational strategy across the UK and international business, driving EBITDA growth, operational excellence, and scalable performance.

Working closely with the Board, you'll oversee key business functions, champion digital transformation, optimise processes, and develop high-performing teams.

Candidate Profile

• Executive leadership experience within hospitality, catering, or another multi-site service business.
• A proven track record of driving operational performance and commercial growth.
• Strong financial and strategic planning skills.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
• A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence at Board level.
