We're partnered with a busy, high-energy Asian-American restaurant in Washington, DC looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join their leadership team.

This is a fun, vibrant concept with a strong cocktail program, busy dining room, and energetic atmosphere.

We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who loves being on the floor, developing people, and creating a great guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the General Manager with all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Leading service and maintaining strong hospitality standards
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing the FOH team
• Supporting hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management
• Managing service flow and communication between FOH and BOH
• Building relationships with guests and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere
• Supporting labour, sales, and key operational metrics
• Handling guest concerns and ensuring a positive resolution

What We're Looking For

• Previous AGM, Restaurant Manager, or strong FOH leadership experience
• Experience in a busy, full-service restaurant
• Strong people leadership and team development skills
• Beverage and cocktail experience is a strong asset
• Hands-on, energetic leadership style
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
