Technical Product Analyst - Custody & Financial Products

Technical Product Analyst - Custody & Financial Products

The Company

Our client is a well established provider of custody and corporate trust services, operating SaaS based platforms across the funds management and corporate markets industries.

Known for a collaborative, supportive and genuinely people first culture, they are continuing to invest in strengthening their Product team as they build out their custody offering.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a product professional with genuine custody or middle office depth to join a growing Product team, working closely with technology, clients and internal stakeholders to shape how custody products are delivered and improved.

This isn't a documentation heavy BA role, nor is it a purely client facing or sales driven position.

You need to genuinely understand how custody products work operationally, and be comfortable translating that understanding into clear, well delivered technology outcomes.

You will work closely with a Senior Manager, a Product Manager, fellow Product Analysts and UX Designers, reporting directly into the Senior Manager of Product.

This is best suited to someone who wants to build a long term career combining strong product and technical delivery skills with a growing commercial focus.

  • Contribute to business cases and commercial viability assessments for new product ideas and enhancements

  • Support go to market planning for new products and platform enhancements

  • Take part in product demonstrations, client meetings and ongoing product strategy discussions

Ideal Experience

  • Genuine, hands on experience within custody, financial products, banking or middle office operations

  • Ability to clearly explain how custody or similar financial products are settled, priced, reported and controlled

  • Excellent, clear and concise communication skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships across clients, sales and development teams

  • A commercial mindset, comfortable contributing to business cases and evaluating new opportunities

  • Join a collaborative and supportive team that genuinely values long term careers over short term hires

  • Step into a role that goes well beyond documentation or pure operational reporting, and genuinely blends technical depth with commercial thinking

  • Work across meaningful client relationships and help directly shape the strategy and direction of the product suite
