An exciting opportunity to join an international luxury hospitality group as Food & Beverage Director, leading the F&B strategy and operations across a flagship resort in Albania.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who can combine commercial thinking with operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue, quality, and team performance.

The Role

• Lead all food & beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events spaces.
• Drive F&B strategy, service standards, and operational performance.
• Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the F&B management team.
• Oversee the delivery of premium guest experiences across all outlets.
• Implement new concepts, projects, and operational improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

About You

• Previous experience as an F&B Director or senior F&B leader within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
• Proven leadership experience across multiple F&B outlets.
• Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Experience within international hospitality is highly desirable.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
