We’re partnered with a high-volume hospitality operation in Burbank looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team.

This is a hands-on role for a strong hospitality leader who knows how to run a busy floor, develop a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead daily front-of-house operations
• Oversee service and ensure consistently high guest standards
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and front-line team members
• Create a strong culture focused on hospitality and accountability
• Monitor sales, guest feedback, and key performance metrics
• Support training and onboarding across the operation
• Maintain service, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Help drive an energetic, welcoming guest experience

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background in high-volume elevated restaurants
• Confident running a busy service and making decisions under pressure
• Strong understanding of labor, scheduling, and restaurant operations
• Guest-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Organized, polished, and hands-on
