Chef de Rang – International Brand – Dubai

We are currently working with a well-known International Brand in Dubai and looking for a professional and dynamic Chef de Rang to deliver an exceptional fine dining experience across VIP functions, events, and Lounges while maintaining strict hospitality standards, food safety requirements, and airport operational procedures.

About the role:

• Deliver premium table service, ensuring flawless order accuracy and presentation.
• Manage tableside preparation and maintain service stations to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Suggest appropriate wine pairings that complement the menu.
• Lead, guide and support the team within the assigned section to guarantee timely and consistent service.
• Ensure quality control  in accordance with established service procedures.
• Handle complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally.
• Liaise with teams and to ensure efficient order preparation and delivery.
• Ensure the assigned section strictly complies with food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and security regulations.

About you:

• Minimum 4 years in hospitality, including 1 year in a supervisory role (e.g., Captain or Senior Waiter).
• Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management
• HACCP and Food Safety certification preferred.
• Proven background in fine dining, VIP lounges, or Michelin-starred/award-winning venues preferred.
• Someone with strong F&B skills to deliver high-end fine dining standards.
• Efficiency in English and exceptional verbal and listening skills for guest and team coordination.
• Ability to handle guest complaints professionally with a strong customer focus.
• Proven ability to thrive and remain calm under pressure.
• Impeccable personal presentation and professional attire standards.
