The Role
This high-profile role involves supporting the Head Chef in managing a brigade of 15-20 chefs in a 200-cover restaurant.

The focus is on execution, team leadership, and operational delivery.

This role would suit a Senior Sous Chef from a high-volume, branded restaurant background looking for progression within an established group.

The Restaurant

• Part of a well-respected group with multiple Central London sites.

The Senior Sous Chef Role

• Support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team across all sections.
• Ensure consistent execution of a high-quality, seasonal menu.
• Manage ordering, stock control, food safety, and compliance.
• Drive team development, training, and performance.
• Step up and run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.

• Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, branded restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to follow and execute recipes to a high standard.
• Commercial awareness with cost control and labour management.
• Calm, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
