We’re partnered with an exciting Restaurant Group local to the Bay Area with their flagship location in Menlo Park and are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join the team.

This is not an entry-level management role - we’re looking for someone with 2+ years of restaurant management experience who is confident leading a team, driving service standards, and helping build a strong operation from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the General Manager in leading day-to-day restaurant operations
• Help lead and develop a strong front-of-house team
• Drive exceptional guest experiences and service standards
• Oversee opening procedures and help establish strong operating systems
• Support scheduling, training, inventory, labor and financial performance
• Maintain high standards across service, hospitality and restaurant operations
• Help build a positive, high-performing restaurant culture

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Full-service restaurant experience is required, ideally from chef-driven concepts
• Comfortable working in a high-energy and quality first environments
• Proven ability to maintain high service and operational standards
• Hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor and leading by example
