We are looking for an experienced sous chef to join the team of 12 chefs in this popular American grill serving soul food classics for lunch and dinner.

This restaurant is part of a successful group from London so the menu will be branded.

They have a huge following and need a strong sous chef with experience in high volume branded restaurants.

Your role will be to support the head chef in leading and motivating the team through prep and a busy service, monitoring and maintaining high standards across the site.
