Customer Support Accountant

Skills/Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant practical accounting experience.


• Customer service experience.


• Can effectively understand new IT systems and technology.


• Experience with payroll Real Time Information (RTI), VAT and Self-Assessment.


• Understanding of accounting processes, supported by practical experience, bookkeeping and accounting software packages that are available to small business owners.

Core responsibilities

• Providing accurate support to customers via email, phone, and online chat.


• Effectively deliver training to customers who are on both free trials and subscriptions over the phone.


• Proactively contact customers to see if they require any assistance.


• Support the product teams by testing new features and/or upgrades to existing tools.
