We’re partnered with an exciting multi-concept hospitality operation in Nashville looking for a General Manager to oversee the full property.

This is a unique opportunity to lead multiple concepts under one roof - from upscale-casual dining and elevated cocktails to a lively, music-driven restaurant with a steakhouse-inspired menu.

You’ll oversee the teams, operations, and overall guest experience across the property, making sure each concept feels unique while maintaining a consistently high level of hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day operations across all three concepts
• Oversee and develop a large, diverse hospitality team
• Drive guest experience, service standards, and overall performance
• Manage scheduling, labor, financials, inventory, and operational controls
• Work closely with culinary and beverage leadership
• Maintain consistency while allowing each concept to have its own identity
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest loyalty across the property

What We’re Looking For

• Strong General Manager or senior multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
• Experience managing high-volume, full-service hospitality operations
• Strong financial and operational understanding
• Excellent people leadership and coaching skills
• Confident, energetic presence with a genuine passion for hospitality
