BOOKING & EVENTS MANAGER - Up to £33k + Bonus/Commission

Looking for your next step in hospitality? We’re currently recruiting for a Booking & Events Manager to join an exciting independent cocktail bar in South London.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality, reservations, events or sales who is looking to take on more responsibility and grow with an ambitious business.

The company is opening its second venue next year, with plans to open a further 5 venues over the coming years.

You’ll be joining at an exciting stage of the business, with genuine opportunities for progression as the company expands.

What’s on offer:

• Up to £33,000 salary

Responsibilities:

• Managing reservations, bookings and event enquiries
• Handling client emails and calls
• Proactively generating corporate sales and new business
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Conducting client show-rounds
• Managing negotiations and contracts
• Taking care of booking administration
• Working closely with the Marketing and Front of House teams
• Overseeing bookings from initial enquiry through to the event
• Being present on the floor and supporting events to ensure everything runs smoothly

About you:

• Experienced within hospitality venues, this is essential!
• Bubbly and outgoing personality
• Confident communicating with clients
• Organised and commercially minded
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
• Looking for a role where you can develop and progress as the business expands
