We’re partnered with a high-volume hospitality operation in Burbank looking for an experienced Senior Beverage Director to lead the beverage program and elevate the guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to build and maintain a strong beverage program while developing teams through exceptional training and education.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee the beverage program across the property
• Develop and deliver strong beverage training and education for staff
• Build team knowledge around wine, cocktails, spirits, and service
• Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and presentation
• Develop wine and beverage offerings that complement the guest experience
• Manage beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
• Work closely with restaurant and culinary leadership
• Maintain high service standards in a very high-volume environment
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and emerging beverage programs
• Build strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and local producers

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Beverage Director
• Experience working in high-volume hospitality
• Strong wine knowledge, including California wines
• Exceptional beverage training and team development skills
• Sommelier certification is a strong plus
• Experience managing beverage costs, inventory, and purchasing
• Confident communicator and engaging educator
