Director of Marketing

Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $150,000–$180,000

We’re partnering with a growing hospitality group in Boston that’s looking for a Director of Marketing to take the lead across a collection of restaurant and hospitality brands.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, getting people excited about them and then actually making them happen.

You’ll work across campaigns, social, partnerships, events and new concepts, while keeping a close eye on what’s driving the business.

About You

• 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in restaurants, hospitality, lifestyle or luxury
• Creative by nature, but comfortable with budgets, numbers and performance
• Experience leading a creative team and working with different personalities
• Strong understanding of digital, social, paid media, PR and partnerships
• Organized, adaptable and comfortable when things move quickly
• You know hospitality and have a good feel for what gets people interested

What You’ll Do

• Lead the overall marketing direction across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts
• Come up with campaigns, partnerships and ideas that bring the brands to life
• Manage and support the creative team, helping turn ideas into great work
• Oversee social, digital, paid media, PR and key partnerships
• Work closely with operations, events and leadership to get campaigns off the ground
• Look at performance and customer insights to understand what’s working
• Manage the marketing budget and make sure spend is being used wisely
• Keep an eye on what’s happening in hospitality, culture and marketing and bring new ideas to the table
