Finance Director

An AIM-listed media technology group with a small, close-knit team and ambitious growth plans.

The business aims to triple revenue over the next 18 months, with numerous acquisitions in the pipeline, one of which is nearing completion.

This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal stage, working closely with the CEO to shape the group's financial strategy and support its next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a hands-on Finance Director position with broad responsibility for the finance function and a key role in driving growth, acquisitions and integration.

Working closely with the CEO, you will combine strong technical and financial reporting expertise with a commercial mindset, helping the business scale while maintaining robust financial controls and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AIM reporting, audits, financial announcements and investor-related reporting.
• Manage acquisitions from due diligence and deal execution through to financial structuring, working closely with external advisers.
• Oversee post-acquisition integration, ensuring new businesses are successfully incorporated into the group.
• Take ownership of cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls.
• Review and improve finance systems and processes to support the group's continued growth.

Candidate Profile

• ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience working within a listed business, ideally with AIM exposure.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Practical M&A experience, including due diligence and acquisition integration.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment.
• A hands-on self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys building and improving processes.
