Spa & Wellness Director

We are seeking an exceptional Spa & Wellness Director to lead our spa, fitness, kids club and wider wellness offering, delivering highly personalized experiences for discerning international guests.

The Role

This is a senior leadership position requiring a proven ultra-luxury hospitality background, exceptional service standards and strong commercial and operational expertise.

The successful candidate will lead the wellness strategy, guest experience, team development and financial performance of the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all spa, wellness and fitness operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational standards.
• Develop innovative, personalized wellness experiences reflecting the destination and local culture.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing wellness team.
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, revenue generation and cost control.
• Drive wellness programming, retail, partnerships and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, Marketing and Revenue teams to maximize guest engagement and commercial performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong experience in an ultra-luxury hotel or resort environment is essential.
• Proven leadership experience within spa, wellness or luxury hospitality at a similar level
• Exceptional understanding of discerning, high-net-worth guest expectations.
• Strong commercial and operational acumen.
• Passion for wellness, innovation and personalized service.
• Island or remote-destination experience highly advantageous, with a genuine understanding of the challenges of island life, including logistics, recruitment, supply chains and resource availability.
• Resilient, adaptable, hands-on and highly accountable.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation consistent with ultra-luxury standards.
