As General Manager, you'll be the heart of the hotel — leading daily operations, driving revenue and guest satisfaction, and building a culture where both guests and team members love to be.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent brand standards
• Drive revenue strategy: pricing, occupancy, channel mix, and cost control to meet or exceed budget
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team; manage scheduling, performance, and development
• Own guest relations — resolve escalations personally, monitor reviews, and act on feedback
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and labour regulations
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, payroll, and vendor contracts
• Maintain the property's condition, coordinating repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance
• Represent the hotel in the local community and with owners/partners

Key requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership, including 3+ years as a General Manager, Assistant GM, or Director of Operations
• Proven P&L ownership
• Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, etc.) and OTAs
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• An energetic, hands-on leader with a commercial background — or a genuine networker who can plug into the local community and build partnerships that fill rooms
• Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and on-call emergencies
