EXECUTIVE CHEF

Luxury Resort | Saudi Arabia

An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision of a newly developed luxury heritage eco-resort in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a chef who understands the region and can elevate Saudi cuisine to an international level, while leading a sophisticated, multi-outlet resort operation.

Working alongside leading F&B consultants, a kitchen consultant and an internationally recognised Michelin-starred chef, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build a culinary programme with a clear ambition for Michelin recognition.

A key part of the role will be to identify, mentor and develop young Saudi culinary talent, creating meaningful opportunities and building a strong local team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven senior culinary leadership experience in a luxury hospitality or destination resort or hotel dining.
• Previous experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen and an understanding of its standards and pressures.
• Strong experience in KSA
• A strong knowledge and appreciation of Saudi and Middle Eastern cuisine.
• Exceptional culinary creativity, discipline and attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple outlets, teams and high-profile events.
• A genuinely hands-on leadership style and passion for developing people.

Salary Package Offered:

AED35k plus accommodation and full expat benefits & bonus / incentives – single status applicants preferred due to location
