We are looking for an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join the culinary team.

In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, lead and motivate the culinary team to maintain the highest standards.

• Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timely food production.
• Oversee mise en place, food preparation, and service.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.
• Train and support Chef de Parties and junior chefs.
• Assist with menu development and maintaining luxury culinary standards.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining, luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or premium catering.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and culinary skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
• Professional attitude and experience working in an international environment.
• Culinary qualification preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
