I'm recruiting a Head Chef for an established premium events and catering business in South West London, leading a busy central production kitchen delivering food for high-profile events and prestigious venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef with a fine dining, luxury hotel or premium events background who can bring real finesse to food produced at scale.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £60,000 salary

The Operation

• Busy, high-volume events production kitchen
• Modern European, seasonal food
• Premium corporate and private events
• Established brigade including senior chefs, pastry and development support
• Strong focus on sustainability and local sourcing
• Production for multiple events and venues

The Role

• Lead the production kitchen and wider brigade
• Plan production across multiple upcoming events
• Maintain exceptional food quality at volume
• Oversee staffing, ingredients and daily production schedules
• Lead selected high-profile events on-site
• Manage GP, labour costs and kitchen performance
• Work closely with the events and operations teams
• Develop and inspire a talented culinary team

About You

• Experienced Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to progress
• Fine dining, luxury hotel or premium events experience
• Excellent technical ability and attention to detail
• Confident producing high-quality food at scale
• Strong organisational and forward-planning skills
• Commercially aware, particularly around GP and labour
• A confident communicator and natural team leader
• Passionate about seasonal ingredients and sustainability
