PUB GENERAL MANAGER – 3-MONTH CONTRACT | IMMEDIATE START

Salary: £45,000 + Tronc (pro rata for the 3-month contract)
Start: October / Immediate Start
Location: London (Camden area)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pub General Manager to join a fantastic pub operation on an initial 3-month contract, with an immediate or October start.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and knows what it takes to run a successful pub.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a quality pub environment
• Ideally, a background with an independent pub group
• Strong food and beverage knowledge and a genuine passion for food and drink
• A strong guest-focused approach and excellent service standards
• Good commercial and operational understanding
• Experience leading, motivating and developing a team
• A hands-on approach and the ability to hit the ground running
