About the Role

Are you an experienced investor relations or private wealth professional with a strong network of high-net-worth individuals and family offices in France?

We’re looking for an Investor Relations Manager to represent an exclusive international hospitality brand and support its continued growth.

This is a commercially focused role where you’ll identify new investment opportunities, build relationships with private investors, and guide potential investors through the investment process.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll have the opportunity to use your existing network, develop new relationships, and make a direct contribution to the business’s international growth.

The Role

• Identify and develop relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), family offices, and private wealth networks across France.
• Generate and convert investment opportunities, managing the process from initial contact through due diligence to completion.
• Build and maintain long-term investor relationships based on trust and strong communication.
• Act as the key link between the French investor community and senior leadership.
• Represent the business at member events and relevant industry gatherings.
• Manage and develop a structured sales pipeline to support fundraising and investment targets.

About You

• At least five years of experience in investor relations, private banking, wealth management, private equity, or a related field.
• An established and active network of UHNW individuals and private wealth contacts in France is essential.
• A proven track record in securing high-value investments and developing commercial relationships.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Confident communicating complex investment opportunities to a sophisticated audience.
• Highly self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Fluent French and English are essential.
