Marketing Director

Location: Miami, FL, with travel to New York

Working Arrangement: Full-time, on-site

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Director to help grow a portfolio of premium restaurant brands across Miami and New York.

You’ll be responsible for bringing each concept to life through creative marketing, building strong brand identities and finding new ways to attract guests.

From planning major campaigns to supporting new restaurant launches, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of the business.

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking the lead, has a good understanding of the luxury dining market and can bring fresh thinking to a fast-moving environment.

  Create marketing strategies that support business growth, increase bookings and strengthen each brand’s reputation.

  Plan and deliver marketing activity for new restaurant launches, helping build excitement before opening and maintain momentum afterwards.

  Oversee social media, digital campaigns, PR, creative content and promotional activity.

• 
  

  Develop partnerships with media, influencers and relevant brands to increase visibility and reach new audiences.

  Manage marketing budgets, review campaign results and identify ways to improve performance.

  Guide marketing team members and external agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with business goals.

  You have a strong background in marketing, ideally within upscale restaurants, hospitality or luxury brands.

  You’ve successfully managed campaigns that have increased brand visibility and supported commercial growth.

  You’re comfortable overseeing several brands and projects while keeping everything organised.

  You understand how digital channels, PR, social media and partnerships can work together to attract guests.

  You’re a natural relationship-builder who can work effectively with senior leaders, restaurant teams and external partners.

  You’re creative and commercially aware, with a practical approach to getting things done.

  You have a genuine interest in food, beverage and the guest experience.

  Experience with restaurant launches or the Miami and New York hospitality markets would be an advantage.
