Operations Manager – Independent Pub & Craft Beer Group – London - £70,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting an Operations Manager for one of London's most exciting independent hospitality groups, overseeing a collection of four vibrant, individual venues.

Think craft beer, great food, live music, DJs, buzzing beer gardens, creative events and proper neighbourhood pubs with personality!

Each venue has its own identity, loyal community and unique offering, from traditional pubs with a modern twist to lively late-night spaces and a thriving brewery taproom.

The Role

• Oversee four distinctive venues across East London.
• Lead, inspire and develop General Managers and their teams.
• Drive sales, profitability and commercial performance.
• Champion craft beer, innovative drinks, quality food and exceptional hospitality.
• Work with teams to create exciting events, entertainment and experiences.
• Maintain the individuality and personality of each venue.
• Manage budgets, P&L, labour costs and operational standards.
• Work closely with passionate, hands-on owners to help shape the future of the business.
