We're looking for a brilliant General Manager to launch a brand-new Irish pub in the heart of East London, joining a growing, personality-driven pub brand that knows how to create a fantastic atmosphere.

Think perfectly poured Guinness, live music, big sporting occasions, great craic and a pub that quickly becomes the heartbeat of its local community!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a GM who wants to put their own stamp on a venue from day one, build their own team and create something special.

What we're looking for:

• An experienced, hands-on General Manager with a strong pub background.
• Previous new-opening experience would be a huge advantage.
• A genuine passion for Irish pub culture, hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Someone who can recruit, train and develop a fantastic team from scratch.
• Strong commercial skills, with a focus on driving sales, managing costs and building a profitable business.
• A creative operator who understands live music, sport, events and building a loyal customer base.
• A big personality who leads from the front and knows how to bring a pub to life!
