About the Position

• Lead the galas, targeting high revenue in fundraising income
• Deliver high-profile events and donor engagement activities
• Build relationships with ambassadors, major donors and corporate partners
• Identify new fundraising and sponsorship opportunities
• Manage event budgets, suppliers and operational delivery
• Collaborate across teams to maximise income and engagement

• Proven experience in high-profile event management and fundraising
• Strong track record of achieving income and financial targets
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Confident managing budgets, suppliers and competing priorities
• Outstanding communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
