Role: Support Worker

Location: Keighley

Hours: 41.25 per week

Rate: £12.75 - £13.25

Are you a caring, patient and compassionate person looking to start or develop a career within mental health?

A specialist care provider is looking for dedicated Support Workers to support adults with complex mental health needs and additional support requirements.

You'll provide day-to-day support, encourage independence and help individuals enjoy life.

You'll also support people who may experience emotional distress or behaviours that challenge, using a calm and understanding approach.

Previous care experience is welcome but not essential.

We're also interested in people with relevant personal experience of supporting others, a genuine passion for helping people and the right attitude to learn.

Full-Time with day & night shifts available.

About You:

• Experience working within mental health settings preferred
• Driver is essential due to limited public transport to site
• Experience supporting individuals who may present with distressed behaviour or behaviours that challenge, using a calm, compassionate and person-centred approach.
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
