Are you an experienced Care Assistant ready to take the next step into a senior role?

A well-established residential care service in Wirral is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join its team, supporting older residents, including those living with dementia.

You’ll deliver hands-on, person-centred care while leading and supporting Care Assistants, overseeing daily activities, care planning and medication support to ensure high standards of care.

About You

• Previous residential care home experience
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care with willingness to work towards NVQ Level 3
• Unrestricted UK Right to Work; please note, this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
