We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented and confident Payroll Administrator to join a growing hospitality business based in Wembley.

  • Checking and validating new starter documentation before setting employees up on Star Payroll.
  • Ensuring all leaver documentation is received and processed correctly within Star Payroll.
  • Maintaining and tracking Right to Work documentation.
  • Monitoring the payroll inbox and ensuring all queries are responded to within a 24-hour SLA.
  • Handling payroll queries over the telephone and providing support to employees and restaurant management teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Payroll Administrator or similar payroll position.
  • Experience handling high-volume payroll, ideally within a multi-site environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A confident communicator, comfortable dealing with employees and management teams at all levels.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn and support the wider team.
