Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Bar Manager, in a hotel, bar, or fine-dining establishment.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a talent for developing staff.In-depth knowledge of premium spirits, wines, beers, and cocktail culture.Creative mixology skills and a passion for developing innovative drink programs.Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a refined and professional demeanour.Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and P&L management.Proficiency in Micros POS system and inventory management software.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
