What you will be doing as a Sous Chef:
- Reporting to the Head Chef
- Supporting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen
- Manage and mentor the junior brigade.
- Ensuring quality and speed of service are consistent.
- Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
- Achieving targets and meeting objectives set by the Head Chef
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a good establishment
- You are an approachable person with a hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Can produce consistent service in line with company recipes and standards.
- Are organised and have great time management.
- Have excellent communication skills.
