• Restaurant Café located in Covent Garden


• Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings


• An option for hybrid work

What you will be doing as a Development Chef:

• Report to the owner.


• Develop, mentor, and train the team through leadership and coaching.


• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in the kitchen.


• Ensure the food standards are maintained.


• Continually review and refresh menu offerings.


• Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.


• Regular hygiene audits

You will be a great fit if you have:
