Things to know:
- Italian fine dining restaurant
- Monday to Saturday, Sunday closed
Things you will be doing as Restaurant Supervisor:
- Overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintaining quality control for all food served
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting
- Ensure that all the administrative functions are performed accurately
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Leadership and organizational abilities
