  • Italian fine dining restaurant

  • Monday to Saturday, Sunday closed


Things you will be doing as Restaurant Supervisor:



  • Overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operations

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; responding to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

  • Maintaining quality control for all food served

  • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

  • Addressing problems and troubleshooting

  • Ensure that all the administrative functions are performed accurately


You will be a great fit if you have:



  • Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues

  • Understanding of health and safety regulations

  • Leadership and organizational abilities
