Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in operational leadership within the culinary industry
• Proven track record in pre-opening operations and fast-paced environments
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Strong leadership abilities, fostering team collaboration and growth
• Financial acumen, adept at budgeting and financial management
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and selection of top-tier talent
• Development and implementation of key performance indicators and strategic action plans
• Direct involvement in day-to-day operations, championing a culture of exceptional service
• Analysis and response to guest feedback, ensuring continuous improvement
• Coaching and mentoring team members to foster their professional development
• Oversight of shift organization and supervision
• Effective scheduling and procurement management
• Budget formulation and execution of strategic initiatives
• Implementation of policies and protocols to ensure seamless future operations
