Position: Head Bartender

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €2,490 – €2,800 gross per month

Our client is looking for a Head Bartender to lead their dynamic team.

As the Head Bartender, you'll orchestrate all facets of our bar operations, ensuring top-notch service and maintaining the utmost standards of beverage excellence.

From managing our existing cocktail repertoire to overseeing inventory and cultivating a hospitable atmosphere for our guests, you'll play a pivotal role in our establishment's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistency in drink presentation and quality.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to bar staff on cocktail craft and customer service.
• Effectively manage beverage inventory levels, minimizing waste and implementing control measures.
• Engage with guests professionally, offering recommendations and swiftly addressing any concerns.
• Cultivate a warm and inviting ambiance to foster repeat patronage.
• Conceptualize and execute special promotions and events to drive sales and enhance guest experiences.
• Monitor sales trends and adapt menu offerings and pricing strategies as needed.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Bartender, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Expertise in cocktail preparation techniques and spirits knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both staff and patrons.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Candidates must already be residing in the Netherlands.
