About the position

• Supervise the daily operations of a restaurant specializing in South-East Asian cuisine.
• Manage a 100-seat restaurant spanning over three floors.
• Develop and execute operating systems to enhance efficiency and drive profitability.
• Monitor financial targets and establish streamlined processes to meet them.
• Provide oversight of staff performance and foster a harmonious work environment.

The successful candidate

• At least 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume establishment.
• Proficient in food safety and health regulations.
• Capable of maintaining composure and efficiency under pressure.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Prior experience with South-East Asian cuisine is advantageous.
