Job Title: Senior CDP – Luxury Boutique Hotel

Salary: £37,000 + Service charge

Location: London

I am recruiting for a Senior Sous Chef to join this luxury boutique hotel in West London.

As Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all production and management throughout the hotel.

About the position

• Ensure that the delivery and production of food is at the highest quality

• Maintain the highest level of communication between the team
• Brief the team daily
• Ensure that deliveries are checked for quality and quantity

The successful candidate

• Experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or restaurants
• Experience as a Chef de Partie
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience managing and training teams
