Job Title: Receptionist – Luxury Boutique Hotel - Knightsbridge

Salary: £27,000 + Service Charge & incentives

Location: London

I am on the lookout for a Receptionist to join this stunning boutique hotel in Knightsbridge.

As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for the guests as well as dealing with reservations and check ins.

About the position

• Greet the guests on check in and check out
• Ensure that a professional and friendly attitude is always maintained
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billing, financial transactions
• Deal with guests’ requests & queries, recording all feedback as per our standard operating procedures

The successful candidate

• Experience in a similar role would be beneficial
• Must be well presented with flawless communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• A team player with a positive attitude
