The successful candidate

• The Head Chef has experience in large-scale, fresh-food-oriented pubs or restaurants.
• Proficient in maintaining kitchen safety standards and ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in inventory management, including stock control, rotation, and ordering processes.
• A confident leader and communicator with their team!
