Sous Chef - Pre-Opening – $75,000 – Colorado Springs, CO

We are partnering with a luxury hotel in Colorado Springs, set to feature modern amenities, elegant design, and exceptional service, to find a Sous Chef for their pre-opening team.

This role involves supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring high-quality, innovative culinary experiences across various dining outlets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-end kitchens, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring and developing kitchen staff. 

Sous Chef Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sous chef or similar culinary leadership role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
• Experience in pre-opening environments is a plus
• Ability to assist in managing kitchen operations and staff effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
