The Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to elegant social gatherings, in the hotel's event spaces.

With a focus on delivering exceptional service and seamless experiences, this role requires a detail-oriented professional who can coordinate with various departments, manage client relationships, and ensure every event is a success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed plans for conferences and events, ensuring client needs are met
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues
• Oversee event budgets to maintain quality standards within financial constraints
• Work with vendors and staff to organize logistics, including catering, equipment, and accommodations
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
