Reception Administrator



We are looking for a Receptionist within our Estate Management Team to join this very progressive medium sized company where full training and opportunities will be given.


The role will be supporting a busy and dynamic Estate's Management team.

You will manage varied and interesting tasks, including engineer's appointments, diaries, and job cards.

You will be joining a casual culture who offer many benefits, such as flexible start/finish, training, and progression.

Main responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrator



  • Dealing with visitors, including issuing keys, meeting rooms, arranging catering, transport

  • Answering phones and connecting with the right people

  • Managing post/deliveries

  • Producing, franking and posting letters

  • Data Entry

  • Electronic filing, setting up folders

  • Managing group inboxes

  • Note taking


Skills/Attributes required for the Receptionist/Administrator



  • Customer service skills

  • Keen to learn with strong communication skills & confident telephone manner

  • IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook

  • High levels of attention to detail and accuracy

  • A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
