Private Client Paralegal

My client, based in Leeds, have a unique and lucrative position for a driven individual who has completed their LPC or SQE equivalent qualification.

The role is to join their team as a Private Client (probate) Paralegal, under the guise that if you prove yourself to be a successful and valuable member of their team then a training contract will be on offer.

Your role will include:
 

- Preparing and filing probate petitions and related documents.
- Manage probate files and maintain case records, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and court officials.
- Prepare and review estate accountings and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with financial institutions, appraisers, and other third parties.
- Research relevant laws and regulations to support legal proceedings.
- Handle estate administration tasks, including asset management and distribution.

Job requirements:
 

- Strong academic performance is a must, with an LPC or SQE equivalent qualification being essential.
- It is desired you are shown to be proactive in pursuing a legal career, either through work experiences or voluntary actions.
- You have a positive can-do attitude and are willing to learn
