We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to elevate the property's culinary operations by transforming fresh, local ingredients into a top-tier dining experience, while fostering a kitchen culture that attracts and nurtures talented chefs.

Executive Chef requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role at a resort, hotel or membership club with an elite, world class level service
• Possesses the essential skills and foundational expertise needed to develop a top-tier culinary team and operation
• Comfortable leading a team across 5+ outlets
• Experience working in Latin America with an understanding of its culture
• English Fluency, Spanish a asset but not critical
