Property Litigation Associate

My client is a forward thinking, well established firm with several office in the South.

Due to the firms expansion, they are currently seeking a 2+ PQE Property litigation associate with commercial litigation expereince to join their team in the Tower Bridge (London) office.

The role and duties:

- Case management; a diverse caseload of litigation matters including civil and commercial disputes
- Independently manage a diverse caseload of property litigation and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution, conducting thorough legal research, analyzing case law, statutes, and regulations pertinent to property and commercial litigation.
- Communication with clients, advising them on case strategies, developments, and legal options, participating in settlement negotiations, striving for favorable outcomes for clients, ensuring compliance with legal standards and regulations in all litigation activities
- Legal research; conducting research to support case arguments and strategies, analyse complex legal issues
- Settlement negotiations; assisting in negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolutions

The successful candidate will be/have:

- Newly qualified solicitor with a law degree (LLB) and successful completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or Solicitor Qualifying Exam (SQE).
- Strong interest in litigation and dispute resolution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail orientated with good organisational skills
