NQ PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR

My client is a Top tier Legal 500 firm, they are also a multi-service firm based in the South.

They are currently seeking a NQ-2PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join their Property Dispute team in the St Albans office!

The role and duties include undertaking a range of contentious commercial and residential property work such as; land and property, landlord and tenant and commercial land and property.

You will be overseeing cases from the pre-action stage through to trial, working collaboratively inside the team as well as other teams to provide the best client c are service.

The successful candidate will be/have:

- Ideally NQ-2 years PQE
- Experience of working within a busy private practice team, dealing with contentious property work
- Strong academics
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven record of achieving targets
