Salary: 35k or £16.80 per hour

Food Style: British Seasonal, healthy food

Restaurant size: 60

Daily Covers: 30-60

Reports to: Executive consultant chef and GM

Nearest Transport: Must drive

We are looking for an experienced sous chef to run a members club wellness retreat focusing on healthy prepped salads and nutrition food.

This is a daytime operation with just breakfast and lunch

All the recipes are written and there is support and training from an executive chef.

We need someone confident with kitchen paperwork, allergens, ordering and standards.
