Coppersmith Tradesperson

Are you an experienced Coppersmith Tradesperson looking for a new permanent job opportunity?

We are currently looking for a Coppersmith Tradesperson to join a leading brewing/distillery company based in East Lothian.

As the Coppersmith Tradesperson, you will be responsible for handcrafting and forming distillation equipment to meet production schedules and deliver on promises.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Coppersmith Tradesperson will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.

Fabrication of stills and distillery equipment.
2.

Sheet metal work fabrication, including marking out, cutting, rolling, folding/press brake, sheet metal and plate bending rolls, and drilling.
3.

TIG/MMA welding of stainless steel, mild steel, and copper.
4.

Reading and fabricating to engineering drawings.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Coppersmith Tradesperson we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1.

Relevant degree in a related field or equivalent qualifications.
2.

Proven industry experience in sheet metal work fabrication.
3.

A working knowledge and practical experience with TIG/MMA welding and reading engineering drawings.
