A luxurious all-inclusive resort in Turks & Caicos is seeking a Chief Engineer to lead the maintenance and engineering team, ensuring the highest standards of facility operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee the resort's infrastructure, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure the smooth functioning of all mechanical systems.

Skills and Experience

• Prior experience working in the Caribbean or tropical environments, with a strong understanding of climate-related maintenance challenges
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or engineering, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel setting
• Proven expertise in managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing engineering teams and coordinating with other departments
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and knowledge of preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency
